Yale Law Faculty, Alumni Named to Presidential Commission on Supreme Court Reform

President Biden issued an executive order forming the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States. The Commission will be co-chaired by Yale Professor Cristina Rodríguez and will include Yale Law School Professors Jack Balkin, Heather Gerken, and Justin Driver. The Commission will broadly examine the debate on Supreme Court reform.
